Crystal Air
What the Crystal Air team had to say
Over six weeks, I worked with the team at Crystal Air to help employees improve their physical and mental wellbeing through simple, sustainable habits. Real people. Real changes.
“One of the things I enjoyed most was realising I wasn't alone. It was great hearing others share similar challenges and the areas they wanted to improve. Darragh provided practical information and simple weekly tasks that were easy to fit into everyday life without feeling overwhelming. I also got to know other members of staff much better. It was a fantastic way to connect with people across the company. I haven't missed my daily lunchtime walk, and I also really enjoyed the stretching exercises Darragh gave me. They've been great for relieving tension in my neck and upper back.”

“My biggest win was improving my hydration. I never realised how important electrolytes were until Darragh explained them. Since making those changes, my focus and energy have improved, and I'm even going to the bathroom less, which was a bonus!”

“The biggest takeaway for me was the breathwork exercises. I've always struggled with anxiety and negative self-talk, but the techniques Darragh taught us have made a real difference. I've been doing them every day, and my stress levels are so much lower. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge, and Darragh was approachable, supportive, and easy to talk to throughout.”

“I've always struggled with consistency. I'd set myself unrealistic goals, like going to the gym every morning, and then feel disappointed when I couldn't stick to them. Darragh taught us the importance of setting realistic expectations and building small wins over time. One thing that really stuck with me was his message that people often fail because they stop trusting themselves. Instead of chasing perfection, he encouraged us to build evidence through small, consistent actions. That completely changed my mindset.”

“Thank you for all your support over the last few weeks. I really enjoyed the sessions and found them incredibly valuable. Thanks again for your time and guidance, I really appreciate it.”
Anna
Crystal Air team
“I really enjoyed being able to open up to others who had similar challenges to me. Darragh was very easy to talk to about my nutrition and movement goals. The challenge gave me the push I needed to start working on myself. Darragh highlighted the importance of showing yourself respect and making changes because you value yourself, rather than doing it out of guilt. Guilt only works in the short term. It was a big mindset shift for me.”
